Feldherr offers you a 5-year warranty!

1. The warranty set out below is a voluntary additional service provided by Feldherr Lager- & Transportsysteme GmbH (hereinafter referred to as Feldherr). The customer can make use of it in accordance with these warranty conditions. Feldherr is entitled to engage third parties, in particular Feldherr specialist dealers, to fulfil the warranty claim. However, Feldherr remains the decision-making authority for warranty claims. In addition to this voluntary warranty, the customer is entitled to the statutory claims against the seller without restriction. The customer can assert these claims without having to observe the conditions of these warranty terms and conditions.
2. Feldherr grants a claim for free replacement and removal and installation of parts that have been proven to have become unusable as a result of a material or manufacturing defect. No further claims shall be accepted; maintenance and servicing work is not covered by the warranty. The claim must be asserted with Feldherr by presenting the warranty certificate and/or proof of purchase.
3. Parts that have become unusable as a result of improper operation or repair, inadequate maintenance or normal wear and tear (wear parts) are excluded from the warranty. All storage boxes, Euroboxes, other products made of paper and/or cardboard and 3D-printed parts are also excluded from the warranty.
4. The warranty period is 60 months for exclusively private use of Feldherr products and 12 months for commercial and/or professional use. It begins with the initial purchase from Feldherr or a Feldherr specialist dealer. The warranty period does not start again if the customer resells the product. If work is carried out under the warranty, in particular the replacement of parts, this does not trigger a new start of the warranty period. If Feldherr is called upon to honour the warranty, the replacement parts will be delivered as quickly as possible. However, the customer has no right to demand immediate delivery. A delay in delivery therefore does not justify any claims for damages against Feldherr and does not lead to an extension of the warranty period. It is expressly pointed out that the customer's statutory claims for damages against the seller remain unaffected.
