The set consists of two coordinated components. The IUMFOR050 insert is a 370 mm x 270 mm x 50 mm raster (cube) foam tray that sits inside the Auer 40 x 30 cm Euro container. Its perforated cube structure allows you to adapt each compartment individually by simply removing the pre-cut foam cubes to match the shape and size of your miniatures, game components, tools or other accessories. Because the raster foam is fully die-cut, the individual cubes can be plucked out cleanly by hand without the need for knives or other cutting tools.

The DEMENL010 element is a 10 mm thick compensation bottom specifically made for Auer Euro containers with a 40 x 30 cm footprint. It is placed on the floor of the container under the foam insert. This thin base layer adjusts the effective internal height, so that the foam insert rests at an optimal level in the box. This helps reduce vertical play and contributes to a more stable fit for the stored contents.

This combination is tailored for Auer Packaging EG 43/75 HG and ED 43/75 HG Euro containers, or other containers with identical internal dimensions. It is particularly suitable when you want to convert an Auer Eurobox into a secure storage and transport solution for tabletop miniatures, dice, markers, tokens or other sensitive items. The raster foam can be configured as deep single compartments for larger models or subdivided into multiple smaller recesses for accessories and components, depending on your needs.

If you are using an Auer Eurobox with a lid, an additional lid padding is advisable to prevent items from shifting upward and to keep them lightly pressed into their compartments. For this purpose, the manufacturer recommends the JDBA010S lid cushion as an optional extra. This lid foam is not part of the set and must be ordered separately, but it complements the included base and raster foam to create a fully padded interior.

The handling of this set is straightforward: first place the DEMENL010 compensation bottom in the empty Auer Euro container, then position the IUMFOR050 raster foam insert on top. After that, you can pluck out the pre-cut foam cubes where needed to form custom-fit recesses. In this way, the set turns a standard industrial Euro container into a tailored storage solution for gaming accessories or other delicate contents while still being easy to adapt or reconfigure if your collection changes over time.
