This foam set is designed for use with AUER Packaging Euro containers EG 43/17 HG, ED 43/17 HG and EDP 43/17 HG. It combines individually customizable raster (pick-and-pluck) foam inserts with a matching 10 mm base layer to optimally fill and pad 40 x 30 cm AUER Euroboxes for safe, organized storage and transport of their contents.

The set consists of three identical raster foam inserts with external dimensions of 370 mm x 270 mm x 50 mm. These inserts are made from cube (pick-and-pluck) foam with a pre-cut raster structure. Because the foam is fully punched through, individual cubes can be removed quickly and cleanly by hand, allowing you to create custom-shaped recesses tailored to the items you want to store.

In addition, the set includes a 10 mm thick base layer (DEMENL010) specifically sized for AUER Euro containers with a 40 x 30 cm footprint. This compensating bottom is placed on the floor of the Eurobox and ensures that the total foam height and fit are adjusted correctly for the internal height of compatible AUER containers. It improves cushioning from below and helps keep the raster foam inserts at the right level inside the box.

The product is intended as raster / cube foam for Euro containers and is suitable wherever individually adaptable foam inserts are needed. The modular structure makes it straightforward to stack the three 50 mm inserts on top of the 10 mm base layer inside a 40 x 30 AUER Euro container, for example the EG 43/17 HG, ED 43/17 HG or EDP 43/17 HG models listed. This allows you to configure the interior according to your requirements, creating compartments and cut-outs in the foam for various sensitive contents.

For AUER Euroboxes used with a lid, it is additionally recommended to use the separate lid pad JDBA010S as a top cushion. This lid foam (not included in the set) fills the remaining space between the uppermost foam insert and the lid, helping to prevent movement of the stored items when the container is closed and transported.

Because the raster foam is fully perforated, handling and customization remain simple: you define the layout by removing foam cubes where needed, without having to cut or saw the material. This makes the set a practical solution whenever you want to equip compatible AUER 40 x 30 Euro containers with protective, tailor-made foam interiors.
