The set is designed for flexible, tool-free customization, allowing users to configure individual storage compartments by hand to securely store and protect miniatures, models, or other game components.

The set is built around the Auer Eurobox ED 64/42 HG, a robust stackable Euro container with an integrated hinged lid measuring 600 x 400 x 435 mm. The eight included EUMFQB050 foam inserts stack inside the box and together provide substantial total foam depth. Each insert's 15 x 15 mm grid allows precise shaping of compartments to match the exact footprint of stored items, from small game tokens to large miniatures or terrain pieces. The surrounding unperforated border keeps each tray structurally sound even after extensive customization.

The KABA010 compensation base sits at the bottom of the container to eliminate any gap between the foam stack and the box floor, while the self-adhesive CFBA010S lid cushion lines the inside of the hinged lid to provide top-side protection. Together, these components ensure that stored items are held securely on all sides during both storage and transport, without requiring any additional tools or assembly.
