• Complete set includes: 1x AUER Eurobox with hinged lid ED 64/17 HG, 3x pick-and-pluck foam inserts (EUMFQB050, 560 x 360 x 50 mm each), 1x 10 mm base compensation layer (KABA010) for AUER Euro containers 60 x 40, and 1x self-adhesive lid cushion (CFBA010S)
• Pick-and-pluck foam inserts feature a 15 x 15 mm grid, fully pre-cut so individual blocks can be removed by hand without any tools — allowing fast, custom-fit compartment creation
• A continuous unperforated border of approximately 17 mm runs around each foam insert, providing additional structural stability and preventing the foam from collapsing at the edges
• The included 10 mm compensation base layer ensures the foam inserts sit flush and level inside the Eurobox, preventing unwanted movement
• The self-adhesive lid cushion (CFBA010S) lines the inside of the hinged lid, adding an extra layer of protection against impact and vibration from above
• The modular foam system allows fully individual configuration — compartment sizes and layouts can be adapted freely to suit the specific items being stored

The three foam layers stack inside the Eurobox and, combined with the compensation base and lid cushion, provide full surround protection for stored contents. The pick-and-pluck system means no cutting tools are required — blocks are simply pressed out by hand to create compartments sized exactly to the items being stored. This makes the set particularly well suited for collections that vary in size or shape, as the layout can be reconfigured at any time.
