The ED 64/12 HG Euro Box Complete Set with Pick and Pluck Foam combines a sturdy Auer Euro Box (600 x 400 x 135 mm) with a full set of matching foam inserts, providing a modular and individually customizable storage and transport solution for miniatures, game components, or other collectibles. The set includes everything needed to configure and protect your contents immediately out of the box.

• The complete set includes: 1x Auer Euro Box ED 64/12 HG with hinged lid, 2x pick and pluck foam inserts (EUMFQB050, 560 x 360 x 50 mm each), 1x 10 mm base layer foam (KABA010) for the Auer Euro Box 60 x 40, and 1x self-adhesive lid cushion (CFBA010S)
• Pick and pluck foam inserts are fully pre-cut in a 15 x 15 mm grid pattern — individual foam blocks can be removed by hand without tools, allowing fast and flexible customization of compartment shapes and sizes
• A continuous unperforated border of approximately 17 mm runs around each foam insert, providing additional structural stability and preventing contents from shifting toward the edges
• The 10 mm base layer foam (KABA010) acts as an equalization floor, compensating for height differences and ensuring figures and components are held securely at the correct level
• The self-adhesive lid cushion (CFBA010S) is specially cut to fit the inside of the hinged lid, adding an extra layer of protection against movement and impact from above
• The Auer Euro Box ED 64/12 HG features a hinged lid for secure closure, keeping all foam layers and contents contained during storage and transport

The two pick and pluck foam inserts each measure 560 x 360 x 50 mm and sit inside the Euro Box with a precise fit. Because the foam is fully pre-punched in a uniform 15 x 15 mm grid, any compartment shape can be created simply by removing the required blocks by hand. This makes the set immediately adaptable to figures of different sizes and base types, irregular game components, or custom arrangements — no cutting tools required. The surrounding unperforated border ensures the foam layer retains its shape and does not collapse at the sides.

The base layer foam and lid cushion complete the protective system. The KABA010 base layer sits beneath the pick and pluck inserts to fill remaining depth and stabilize contents vertically, while the CFBA010S lid cushion adheres directly to the inside of the hinged lid to cushion the top of the stored items. Together, these four foam components provide all-round protection within the Euro Box, making this set a self-contained solution for organized and secure storage or transport.
