L'spugna pretagliata della schiuma consente un adattamento individuale degli inserti in schiuma a tutte le forme. È ideale come protezione per il trasporto di vari prodotti industriali, come apparecchiature mediche, componenti di utensili o attrezzature tecniche. La schiuma pick and pluck è perforata con un spugna pretagliata di 10 mm x 10 mm x altezza dell'inserto (25 mm).
Grazie alle proprietà antistatiche della schiuma, anche i componenti elettronici sensibili sono protetti in modo ottimale. Non è necessario l'uso di borsa in plastica antistatica. I costi di stoccaggio possono così essere ridotti.
L'Vassoio per schuma ha le dimensioni di: 300 mm x 300 mm x 25 mm di altezza totale.
- Perforazione del raster divisa in cuboidi 10 mm x 10 mm x 25 mm
- Il raster viene tagliato attraverso l'intero blocco di schiuma. L'ideale sono gli ESD Vassoio per schuma ABBA010ESD o ABBA025ESD come base.
