This foam set is a customizable storage solution designed specifically for Auer Packaging Euro containers EG 43/22 HG, ED 43/22 HG and EDP 43/22 HG. It equips your 40 x 30 cm Auer Eurobox with a grid (raster) foam interior and a matching base layer, ideal for organizing and protecting game accessories, miniatures, and other sensitive contents.

The set consists of four identical grid-foam inserts and one separate base insert. Each of the four main inserts measures 370 mm x 270 mm x 50 mm and is made as a raster (pick-and-pluck) foam. The grid is fully pre-punched through the entire height of the insert, so the individual foam cubes can be removed easily by hand. This allows you to create custom-shaped recesses to fit your miniatures, game components, tools, or other items precisely, without the need for cutting tools.

The additional 10 mm base layer (DEMENL010) serves as a compensating floor for Auer Euro containers in the 40 x 30 format. It provides a uniform, cushioned bottom under the raster foam inserts, improves height compensation in the container, and helps ensure that your customized compartments sit securely and evenly inside the box.

The outer dimensions of the foam inserts are matched to the internal footprint of Auer Euro containers with a 40 x 30 cm base, such as the Auer EG 43/22 HG, ED 43/22 HG and EDP 43/22 HG models. This creates a close-fitting foam interior that makes efficient use of the available space for organized storage and transport.

The foam is completely pre-punched, which simplifies handling: you define your compartments by removing cubes along the grid where needed. This results in individually tailored sections that can be adapted to different component sizes and shapes and can be adjusted again later by removing additional cubes if your needs change.

For Auer Euroboxes used with a lid, it is recommended to add the separate JDBA010S lid pad as extra cushioning in the cover area. This accessory is not included in the set described here but can enhance protection by gently pressing down on the stored contents when the lid is closed.
