This foam insert set is designed for Auer Packaging Euro containers of the models EG 43/32 HG, ED 43/32 HG and EDP 43/32 HG with a 40 x 30 cm footprint. It consists of pick-and-pluck raster foam layers and a matching 10 mm compensating bottom, allowing you to individually adapt the interior of your Eurobox for secure and organized storage of a wide variety of items.

The set is tailored to fit Auer Euro containers with a 40 x 30 cm footprint, specifically the models EG 43/32 HG, ED 43/32 HG and EDP 43/32 HG. Inside the box, you place the 10 mm DEMENL010 compensating bottom first. It serves as a flat base layer that evens out the interior and protects the contents from direct contact with the container floor.

On top of this base, you stack the six IUMFOR050 raster foam inserts. Each of these foam layers measures approximately 370 mm x 270 mm x 50 mm and is made as a fully die-cut cube or raster foam. “Fully die-cut” means the foam is pre-cut all the way through in a grid of small cubes. You can simply remove individual cubes by hand to shape custom recesses and compartments, without needing tools or knives.

This structure allows you to adapt the interior layout precisely to the items you want to store or transport. Whether you need narrow channels, deep cavities or several separate compartments, you achieve the desired shape by plucking out the relevant cubes, while the remaining foam securely surrounds and cushions your contents.

The foam inserts are designed specifically as an inlay solution for Euro containers and are suitable when you want to convert a standard Auer Eurobox into a protective, padded storage or transport box. The set itself does not include a lid padding, but if you use an Auer Eurobox with lid, it is recommended to add the JDBA010S lid pad as an extra top layer. This additional foam closes the gap to the lid interior and helps prevent the contents from shifting during transport.

Overall, this set provides a modular, individually adaptable foam interior for Auer 40 x 30 Euro containers, combining a thin compensating bottom with several thick raster foam layers. With its fully pre-cut structure, it offers flexible configuration options while remaining easy to handle and adjust.
