Feldherr Pick and Pluck foam / Raster foam set for Auer Packaging Euro Container / Stacking Container.

The set is compatible with the following Auer packaging boxes:

• Euro container with hinge lid, hand grips open ED 64/22

• Euro container Case with two handles on the long side ED 64/22 2GL

The set consists of:

• 1 pieces Double-Size Pick and Pluck foam inserts, 550 mm x 345 mm x 60 mm (DS090R)
• 1 piece foam base / bottom, 550 mm x 345 mm x 20 mm (DS020B)
• 1 piece convoluted foam self-adhesive, 540 mm x 340 mm x 20 mm (CFNP020S)

The grid in the foam allows individual adjustment of the foam inserts to all shapes. It is ideally suited as protection for the transport of various industrial goods such as medical equipment, tool components or technical equipment. The foam is perforated with a grid of 20 mm x 20 mm x height of the insert (60 mm or 70 mm) and has a wraparound edge.

The set contains a 20 mm thick base. The convoluted foam as topper is cut to fit the lid of the Eurobox from Auer Packaging. Since it is equipped with a self-adhesive foil, you do not need any further tools. All you have to do is remove the foil from the foam insert and glue the self-adhesive side into the hinged lid of the Eurobox. The entire set can therefore be designed, adapted and used according to your personal wishes without any extra tools.
