This complete set combines a sturdy AUER Eurobox with precisely fitting pick-and-pluck foam inserts, a compensation bottom layer and an additional lid pad. It is designed for safe, customizable storage and transport of your contents in an Auer Euro container with a 60 x 40 cm footprint.

The heart of the set is the AUER Eurobox with lid ED 64/12 HG. It provides a robust outer shell with a 60 x 40 cm footprint into which all included foam components fit precisely. Inside, you use the two EUMFQB050 foam inserts (560 mm x 360 mm x 50 mm each). These are made from raster / cube foam, fully pre-cut so you can easily remove individual cubes to create compartments tailored to the size and shape of your items.

Underneath the main foam inserts lies the KABA010 10 mm compensation bottom, designed specifically for Auer Euro containers in the 60 x 40 format. This layer compensates for height tolerances, improves the fit of the foam, and provides an additional cushioning base for everything stored in the box.

For the lid, the set includes an extra CFBA010S self-adhesive lid pad. This pad is attached directly to the inside of the Eurobox lid. When the box is closed, it presses gently onto the contents and the underlying foam inserts, reducing play and preventing your items from shifting during transport.

The fully die-cut raster foam structure makes handling particularly simple: you only remove as many cubes as needed to form custom-fit recesses. This allows you to configure the interior individually and adjust it later if your storage needs change.
