The ED 64/27 HG Euro Box Set with Pick-and-Pluck Foam is a complete storage and organization solution combining a sturdy AUER Eurobox with hinged lid (600 x 400 x 285 mm) with a full set of matching pick-and-pluck foam inserts. The set is designed for anyone who needs a reliable, customizable transport and storage system for miniatures, game components, or other items that require individual protection. Everything needed to fill and protect the box is included out of the box.

• Complete Euro Box pick-and-pluck foam set including 1x AUER Eurobox ED 64/27 HG with hinged lid, 5x pick-and-pluck foam inserts (EUMFQB050), 1x 10 mm base layer (KABA010), and 1x self-adhesive lid cushion (CFBA010S)
• Pick-and-pluck foam inserts (EUMFQB050): each measures 560 x 360 x 50 mm with a 15 x 15 mm grid pattern — fully pre-cut so individual blocks can be removed by hand without any tools
• Stable perimeter border: an uncut border of approximately 17 mm runs around the edge of each foam insert, providing additional structural stability and preventing inserts from collapsing at the sides
• 10 mm base layer (KABA010): an equalization base designed specifically for AUER 60 x 40 Euro containers, ensuring foam inserts sit level and components are protected from below
• Self-adhesive lid cushion (CFBA010S): specially cut to fit the lid interior, providing additional protection and preventing movement of contents when the box is closed and transported
• Modular and individually configurable: the pick-and-pluck grid system allows each compartment to be shaped precisely to the items being stored, making the layout fully adaptable without cutting tools
• Robust AUER Eurobox construction: the ED 64/27 HG is a standardized Euro container with a secure hinged lid, suitable for stacking and repeated transport use

The five included foam inserts each use a 15 x 15 mm pick-and-pluck grid that is fully punched through, meaning any block can be removed cleanly by hand to create custom-shaped cavities for figures, models, or components of varying sizes. The uncut border of approximately 17 mm around the perimeter of each tray maintains the structural integrity of the insert and keeps it firmly in place within the box. With five layers at 50 mm each, plus the 10 mm base and lid cushion, the set offers substantial total foam depth suitable for larger or taller items.

The KABA010 base layer compensates for any gap between the bottom of the Eurobox and the first foam tray, ensuring a snug and stable fit throughout the stack. The CFBA010S lid cushion adheres directly to the inside of the hinged lid, adding a final layer of protection against vibration and movement during transport. Together, these components create a fully enclosed, individually configurable storage system that protects contents on all sides.
