This foam set is designed for use with Auer Packaging Euro containers EG 43/32 HG, ED 43/32 HG, and EDP 43/32 HG. It provides individually adjustable pick-and-pluck foam storage inside 40 x 30 cm Auer Euro containers, enabling you to safely organize and cushion your contents.

The set is tailored to fit Auer Packaging Euro containers of the types EG 43/32 HG, ED 43/32 HG, and EDP 43/32 HG with a 40 x 30 cm base area. It consists of six raster foam inserts (IUMFOR050), each measuring 370 mm x 270 mm x 50 mm, and one 10 mm compensation base (DEMENL010) for the Euro container floor. This combination allows you to line the bottom and fill the interior height of the container with adjustable foam layers.

The inserts are made from pick-and-pluck (raster) foam, also known as cube foam. The material is fully pre-punched in a grid, so you can easily remove individual foam cubes by hand where needed. This lets you create custom-shaped recesses and compartments tailored to the size and shape of your stored items. Because the grid is completely punched through, no tools or cutting are required for adjustment.

The included 10 mm base insert is used as a compensation layer on the floor of the Auer Euro container. It improves the overall fit of the foam stack inside the container and provides additional cushioning from below. On top of this base, the six 50 mm high raster foam inserts can be stacked to build up the internal foam height.

The product type is raster foam / cube foam for Euro containers, serving as an individually adjustable foam insert. It is suitable wherever flexible, custom-fitted protection is needed within compatible Auer Euro containers. For Auer Euroboxes used with a lid, the manufacturer recommends adding the separate lid pad JDBA010S as an extra top cushioning layer, ensuring that the contents are held securely in place when the container is closed.
