This foam set is designed as an individually adaptable storage solution for Auer Packaging Euro containers, specifically the models EG 43/27 HG, ED 43/27 HG, and EDP 43/27 HG. It consists of pre-cut raster (cube) foam inserts and a matching bottom pad, allowing you to safely cushion and organize the contents of 40 x 30 cm Auer Euroboxes.

The set is specifically configured for Auer Packaging Euro containers with a 40 x 30 cm base area, in the versions EG 43/27 HG, ED 43/27 HG, and EDP 43/27 HG. The 10 mm bottom pad (DEMENL010) is placed on the floor of the Euro container and serves both as additional cushioning and as a leveling base for the stack of raster foam inserts.

On top of this bottom pad, you stack the five raster foam inserts (IUMFOR050). Each insert measures 370 mm x 270 mm x 50 mm, matching the internal footprint of the compatible Auer Euroboxes. Together with the bottom pad, this results in a total foam height of 260 mm, allowing you to fill the usable height of the container with protective foam.

The raster (cube) foam is fully pre-punched throughout its entire depth. This means the foam consists of small, perforated cubes that can be easily removed by hand in any desired pattern. Because it is completely die-cut, you can customize cavities exactly to the shape and size of your contents, and - if needed - down to the full 50 mm depth of an insert. This makes the foam particularly suitable wherever flexible, form-fitting protection inside an Auer Euro container is required.

As a product type, this is raster / cube foam for Euro containers: an individually adaptable foam insert that can be quickly customized without tools. The structure of the foam allows you to create separate compartments, recesses, and channels to keep various items organized and protected from impact and abrasion during storage or transport inside the Eurobox.

If you use Auer Euroboxes with lids, an additional lid cushion is recommended to prevent movement and to protect items from above. For this purpose, the manufacturer recommends the JDBA010S as an extra lid pad. This lid foam is not part of the set but can be added separately to enhance top-side cushioning when the box is closed.

Handling is straightforward: thanks to the fully punched design, you can simply pluck out the necessary foam cubes by hand to create custom recesses. There is no need for cutting tools, which helps maintain clean edges and reduces setup time when adapting the foam to your specific storage needs within the Auer Euro container.
