The set is tailored to fit Auer Euro containers with a 40 x 30 cm base footprint, in particular the models EG 43/12 HG, ED 43/12 HG and EDP 43/12 HG. Inside the container, the foam provides a configurable storage space that can be adapted to the shape and size of the stored items.

The set contains two identical raster foam inserts (IUMFOR050), each measuring 370 mm x 270 mm x 50 mm. These inserts are made as cube or raster foam: the foam is pre-cut into a grid of small cubes that can be removed individually. Because the raster is fully die-cut (completely punched through), the small foam cubes can be taken out cleanly by hand, without the need for cutting tools. This allows you to create custom compartments, cutouts or channels that follow the contours of your equipment, components or other items, and to adjust the layout whenever your storage needs change.

In addition to the raster foam layers, the set includes one 10 mm base pad (DEMENL010) for Auer Euro containers 40 x 30. This thin foam floor is placed at the bottom of the Eurobox. It serves as a compensating bottom and protective layer beneath the raster inserts, ensuring that items do not rest directly on the plastic base of the container and that the total interior height can be fine-tuned. Used together, the base pad and the raster layers create a continuous, cushioned interior from the bottom upwards.

For users who operate Auer Euroboxes with lids, an additional accessory is recommended: the JDBA010S lid pad. This separate pad can be placed in the lid of the Euro container to provide extra cushioning from above. In combination with the raster foam inserts and the base pad in this set, the lid padding helps minimize movement of the contents during transport and further protects sensitive items.

Overall, this set offers a modular, individually customizable inlay solution for Auer Euro containers in the 40 x 30 cm format, suitable wherever contents should be systematically organized and protected with foam.
